“A Word from the Pastor”
To God be the Glory for the Great things HE has done! Since joining the Greater Goodwill A.M.E. Church Family of faith in March - as their pastor - my life has been spiritually enriched! I bless God for the beacon of hope that resides in each and every member of Greater Goodwill A.M.E. Church.
The members of Greater Goodwill A.M.E. Church are committed to God. They believe that He is the Author and Finisher of their faith. They are dedicated to worshiping God in Spirit and in Truth, and in serving Him; by serving others. Our worship services are Spirit filled, our Church School is power packed with information and insights; our Bible Study and Prayer Service are times of mid-week rejuvenating. Our meetings throughout the months have been guided by the Hand of God as we focus on enhancing the Kingdom.
Our Ministerial Staff, Church Leadership and members are all focused on the Great Commission as given to us by Jesus Christ, and the goals that we have established to fulfill our missions! We are thankful to God for the fruits of ministry which He continues to nurture and ripen in our midst! The Ministerial Staff, Church Leadership and members have all been a blessing to me as I have transitioned into my role as pastor of this fine church.
Most importantly, I am inspired by and deeply thankful for the love that God has shown this family of faith and by the love that the family has shown me (and my family) since joining the fold as their newly appointed pastor. My prayer for Greater Goodwill A.M.E. Church is that we will continue to look to the Lord, for HE alone shall sustain us.
Reverend Richard W. Crummy
